You may have your reasons for deleting your Microsoft account permanently, such as moving to a new operating system (OS), wanting to close your existing Hotmail, Outlook or even your Xbox account. Be warned, once it’s deleted it’s deleted and your account information maybe deleted also.
This useful article by Windows Report guides you through how to do this and mark the account for closure but Microsoft will still give you 60 days grace to undo this procedure, if you have second thoughts.
