Does the mouse click feature not work on your Windows 11 PC or Laptop? Maybe it only works intermittently and if so it maybe a problem with the mouse itself such as the mouse mechanism, so try swapping the device for a known working mouse.
However it may not be mechanical and maybe attributed to the likes of updating the mouse drivers, reconfiguring it, Bluetooth issues (i.e. range), maybe try the Windows built-in Troubleshooter.
