An IT team that knows your business — and answers the phone.
Day to day support, proactive monitoring, and the strategic guidance most MSPs forget to provide. One predictable partnership, no ticket lottery.

Everything an in house IT team would do — and a few things they wouldn't have time for.
We're built to feel embedded. That means real relationships, clear documentation, and a partnership that compounds in value over time.

Built for businesses without, or outgrowing, an internal IT team.
Most of the businesses we support have somewhere between ten and a few hundred people, no internal IT department (or a small one that needs backup), and a genuine reliance on their systems working every day. If that sounds like you, whichever model below fits your situation, we can work with it.
| Model | What it means |
|---|---|
| Fully outsourced | We are your IT department. Every request, every device, every project runs through FNS. This suits businesses with no internal IT resource at all. |
| Co-managed | You keep an internal IT person or small team, and we handle overflow, specialist projects, out-of-hours cover or a second opinion. This suits businesses that want to keep in-house knowledge but need more capacity or depth. |

How your team actually contacts support
Phone, email, Microsoft Teams or a support portal, whichever your team prefers, and every channel routes to the same named engineers rather than a random queue. Support hours are agreed upfront: standard support is available 08:30–17:30 on UK business days.
Our job isn’t to close more tickets. It’s to prevent more of them.
Proactive, not reactive
We invest time fixing root causes — not closing tickets fast to hit a metric.
Strategic conversations
Quarterly reviews with the people who actually make decisions in your business.
Transparent reporting
You'll see what we're doing and why. No mystery, no smoke and mirrors.
Changing IT provider without the chaos
Moving IT support is one of those things that sounds daunting until someone walks you through it properly. We've done it enough times to have a repeatable process that protects you from downtime and keeps your team supported throughout.
Understand your current setup
We audit what you have today, systems, licensing, devices, network, documentation, so nothing gets missed or assumed.
Secure access and retrieve documentation
We work with you (and where needed, your outgoing provider) to get the credentials, admin access and documentation your business is entitled to.
Build the FNS baseline
We put our own monitoring, security controls, backups and documentation standards in place before we take on day to day support.
Move support responsibility carefully
We agree a clear cutover date with your team and old provider, so there's no gap where nobody is responsible for an issue.
Stabilise and improve
The first few weeks are about bedding in, closing out legacy issues, tidying documentation, and making sure your team knows how to reach us.
The questions everyone asks before switching
- Will there be downtime?
- Not if it's planned properly. We schedule cutover carefully and keep both your old provider and your team informed, so there's no gap in cover.
- What if our old provider is difficult?
- It happens. You're entitled to your data, documentation and admin access regardless of how the relationship ended, we've handled awkward handovers before and know what to ask for.
- Who owns our Microsoft tenant?
- You do, or you should. Part of our onboarding process is making sure your business, not a former provider, holds the keys to your own tenant.
- What passwords or documentation should we receive?
- Domain registrar and DNS access, Microsoft 365 global admin, firewall and network configuration, software licences, and any system-specific admin credentials. We'll tell you exactly what's missing.
- How long does onboarding take?
- It varies with the size and complexity of your environment, but we agree a realistic timeline with you upfront rather than rushing the audit stage.
- What happens to open IT issues?
- We log them as part of the initial audit and work through them as priorities during the first weeks, rather than treating switchover as a clean slate that ignores what was already broken.

How onboarding actually unfolds
Days 1,30
Audit, baseline security and monitoring, documentation review, and making sure your team knows how to reach us.
Days 31,60
Closing out legacy issues, tidying up quick wins identified during the audit, and confirming licensing and device inventories are accurate.
Days 61,90
First strategic review, agreeing a roadmap for the rest of the year, and settling into the normal support rhythm.
Support that scales with the business, not against it
New starters, new offices, acquisitions and cloud projects all get planned into your regular reviews rather than arriving as surprises. Because pricing scales with users and complexity, growth stays predictable instead of triggering a renegotiation every time you hire.
How much does this actually cost?
Managed support is normally structured as a predictable monthly partnership rather than an hourly meter. Pricing scales with the number of people you have and how complex your environment is.

- Scope is affected by your security requirements, locations, devices, support needs and any project work.
- We explain what is and is not included before you agree to anything.
- Support should never make someone hesitate to ask for help because they are worried about an hourly bill.
